National Hispanic Heritage Month is a period from September 15 to October 15 in the United States for recognizing the contributions and influence of Hispanic Americans to the history, culture, and achievements of the United States.

In previous years, Glendale Library, Arts & Culture has been involved in organizing the City’s Día de los Muertos Celebration. While we will not be holding any in-person events this year, the Library will be virtually celebrating Día de Los Muertos with several exciting events and activities.

Flocking to Los Angeles in search of the American Dream is not a new concept. Out-of-towners arriving in the City of Angels to chase glory is a defining characteristic of the city.
