Every October, Glendale Library, Arts & Culture encourages and celebrates the art of drawing. To kick off the month-long event, October 1, 2021 to October 9, 2021 - you can pick up a free drawing kit from any library location. These kits consist of a sketchbook and drawing pencils — while supplies last — to get you started. Try participating in our daily drawing prompts to get you going and join the library community by experimenting with various art techniques and styles. We look forward to seeing what great artists—of every age—emerge from within.
