This weekly program offers tips on how to engage in self-care activities as well as provide access to self-help books, videos, and activities to ensure a healthy state of mind during stressful times.

Mental Health Awareness Month at the Library
Mental Health Awareness Month began in the United States in 1949. It was started by an organization called Mental Health America and received a presidential proclamation. The month is observed with media, local events and film screenings.
