Description
Assist Literacy Department staff by sending them a list of interesting questions that can be used during their conversation programs when teaching English language classes, or to help people practice speaking English. Send at least 15 of your best questions in a Microsoft Word document, on a wide variety of topics to TBarrios@GlendaleCA.gov. Questions should be professional, but should be about fun, relevant topics, and should sound like questions that you might really hear someone say in a conversation. Your questions should include different types of vocabulary words if possible.
Example Questions:
Do you like going to the Farmer’s Market? What do you like to buy when you go to the Farmer’s Market?
Do you have a dog? What is your new dog’s name? He is so cute, and he reminds me of a Capybara.
Do you like to ride rollercoasters? Why or why not?
What do you like to do on the weekend for fun?
You Will Gain
